2. Nature of Deer Management Services
You understand and acknowledge that deer management and wildlife consultation are service-based industries. Fees paid are for the professional expertise, time, labor, planning, and resources expended by our team.

Services Rendered: Once a service has been performed (including, but not limited to, site assessments, consultations, population counts, or active management operations), fees are non-refundable.

No Guarantee of Outcome: While The Whole Stag Co. adheres to the highest professional standards, we do not guarantee specific results. The nature of wildlife is inherently unpredictable. Our fees are for the service provided, not for a guaranteed outcome (e.g., the removal of a specific number of deer).
3. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits: Many of our services require a non-refundable deposit to secure a date and allocate resources. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers administrative costs and the opportunity cost of reserving our team.

Client Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled service, your deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within [e.g., 48 hours] of the scheduled service, you may be liable for the full service fee at our discretion.
4. Discretionary Refunds
Any and all refunds are at the sole discretion of The Whole Stag Co. management.

To be considered for a refund, you must submit a request in writing to enquiries@thewholestag.co.uk within 5 working days of the service date, detailing the specific reasons for your dissatisfaction.

5. Limitation of Liability
In the event that The Whole Stag Co. is found liable for any reason, our liability is strictly limited to the amount of the fee paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of English Common Law.
